What is NDIS ?
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) was established by the Australian Government to give people with disability a greater choice and control over the support they receive. This support can be assistance or products that help a person in their daily life and helps them participate in the community and reach their goals.
What does the NDIS fund?
The NDIS will fund “reasonable and necessary” supports that are related to someone’s disability and help them:
- pursue their goals, objectives and aspirations;
- increase their independence;
- increase social and economic participation; and
- develop their capacity to actively take part in the community
City to Country Care has experienced staff with extensive experience, over 30 years, in the delivery of services under the NDIS umbrella.
City to Country Care believes we have a very good understanding of the NDIS and are able to support you to get the most from your NDIS Plan.
